Flip-Flop Gymnastics is for every gymnast from ages 3 and up!


No matter what your background in gymnastics or tumbling is, we have affordable programs to fit your experience level.

    At Flip-Flop Gymnastics, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable learning environment for our students. There isn't a more comprehensive gymnastics program anywhere!


    We provide classes for gymnasts of all ability levels at Flip-Flop Gymnastics, whether you've never taken a class before or have been in gymnastics and tumbling for years!


    We believe that genuine success is measured not only in triumphs, but also in the assurance that you did your best. Our coaches are enthusiastic about gymnastics, and we aim to instill that enthusiasm and confidence in every one of our students. We strike a good balance of confidence and corrections!


    Our coaches have crafted specific classes for all of our gymnasts. When you come to train or attend lessons with us, we guarantee you'll have a wonderful experience. Whether on the mat or in the real world, we try to inspire students to be the best they can be!


    When you call, you will be connected with a member of our friendly staff who will be able to answer any questions you may have and get you or your kid started with us right away! So don't put it off any longer. Now is the time to call!

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open for our gymnastics classes from:

    Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm

    Friday 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm

    Saturday-Sunday Closed

  • What should I wear to practice?

    When attending gymnastics practice, you need the right gymnastics gear. If you are not wearing your competition uniform, you want to ensure your clothing is breathable, but NOT baggy or loose. 


    Girls should wear a leotard with no skirt. Hair pulled back and stud earrings only. 


    Boys should wear shorts and a t-shirt, no buttons, snaps or zippers.
